About the Role
We are looking for a Subcontractor Recruiter to help us find and onboard subcontractors.
Your main job is to find qualified subcontractors, contact them, schedule interviews, and help approved subcontractors complete the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Find and contact subcontractors by text
- Schedule interviews.
- Follow up with subcontractors before and after interviews.
- Collect required documents, including: W-9, COI, Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Verify documents are complete and valid.
- Keep records organized and updated.

Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable texting and calling contractors.
- Recruiting, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently.
