JOB OVERVIEW

We are a boutique agency building high-leverage assets for medical practices. We are not looking for a telemarketer to read a script. We are looking for a Detective and a Hunter.

Your goal is to penetrate the "Gatekeepers" at medical centers, reach the decision-makers, and perform deep discovery to understand exactly where their practice is bleeding revenue—and then match them with our solution.

- - - What You Will Do (The 3 Phases)

1. The Research (The Sniper Approach)

You will not blindly dial numbers. You will research local clinics, identify the exact decision-maker (Owner/Lead Doctor/Office Manager), and find the angle before you pick up the phone.

2. The Outreach (The Hunt)

Cold Calling & Cold Emailing. You must be comfortable with high volume, but focused on quality conversations.

The Feedback Loop (Crucial): You are expected to A/B test your own approach. If a script isn't working, you change it. You do not wait for instructions. You analyze your own call recordings: "Why did I lose them at minute 2?" and fix it for the next call.

3. The Needs Analysis (The Match)

You are not "selling" immediately. You are "diagnosing."

You will ask probing questions to uncover their pain (e.g., "How much time is your front desk spending on non-medical questions?").

Once the pain is exposed, you match their specific problem to our specific service package.


- - - Who You Are (The DNA):

You Are Fearless: You can call a busy Surgeon's office and hold your ground with the receptionist.

You Are a Chameleon: You can match the tone of a stressed Office Manager or an arrogant Doctor instantly.

You Are Low-Maintenance: You do not need daily pep talks. You set your own targets. You report on results, not effort.

You Are Empathetic: You don't just talk; you listen. You can hear the stress in a prospect's voice and pivot the conversation to help them.

- - - Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B Cold Calling (bonus if in Medical/SaaS).

Ability to self-audit: You must provide a weekly report of "What worked, what failed, and what I’m changing next week."

English proficiency: Native/Bilingual (Must sound local).

Freedom: As long as you hit the numbers, we don't care when or how you work.
