Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit stage intro videos that reflect the speaker’s brand, message, and energy.
- Select impactful clips, transitions, and visual cues that build excitement and anticipation.
- Integrate dynamic music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the visual narrative.
- Add branding elements, text animations, and motion graphics to reinforce event themes.
- Collaborate with project leads and creative directors to align videos with the intended tone and audience.
- Manage multiple intro video projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver final outputs on time.
- Stay updated on event video trends, cinematic editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques.

Requirements
- Proven experience editing stage intro, event opening, or promotional highlight videos.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or equivalent.
- Excellent understanding of rhythm, pacing, and how to build anticipation through visuals and sound.
- Creative mindset with attention to branding and storytelling details.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and shifting creative directions.
