Staff Attorney or Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney or paralegal to join our team located in the United States’ Eastern Standard Time Zone. The Ideal candidate is an attorney licensed to practice law in the United States, with a strong preference for those licensed in the State of Indiana, with a background in litigation, or at least US trained with significant US work experience. This is a remote opportunity and we are eager to connect with a qualified licensed attorney or a paralegal to explore how you can contribute to our team.
Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation of estate planning documents
• Assist in the preparation of Deeds, Sales Disclosure Forms, Survivorship Affidavits and other real estate documents
• Keep case management plans updated
o Process Court Orders/filings/deadlines
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents for litigation clients
• Draft and revise monthly billing for hourly clients
• Prepare interim and monthly time keeping reports
• Assist with miscellaneous data entry projects
• Internal and External communication regarding matter items
