Squarespace Website Developer

Hi, we’re looking for someone who specializes in building and designing websites using Squarespace. This is for a construction business and we need a simple, well-designed, and professional website that effectively showcases our services. The backend will be Squarespace, so we are specifically looking for someone experienced with Squarespace website design and development.

We would love to find someone who can take ownership of this project. For the initial buildout, we are only looking for a one-time gig job. If future maintenance is required, we would be open to discussing that. This is an investment for us just as it is for you, and we want to find the right fit.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
? Experience building and designing websites using Squarespace
? Ability to customize Squarespace templates to create a professional, user-friendly site
? Understanding of UI/UX best practices for a clean and effective website
? Knowledge of basic SEO principles to optimize the site for search visibility
? Ability to integrate forms, contact pages, and simple interactive elements
? Experience with mobile optimization to ensure responsiveness across devices
? Strong communication skills—English proficiency is important
? Willingness to make small updates and adjustments post-launch if needed
