About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our growing consulting team. You will work alongside experienced consultants to implement commission and incentive compensation solutions for clients, build reporting logic, validate data, and help solve complex business challenges. This role involves direct client interaction, so strong English communication skills are essential.


What You'll Do
• Prepare, clean, validate, and analyze client datasets.
• Translate business rules into formulas, workflows, and reporting logic.
• Build and maintain reports and performance dashboards.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Explain calculations, metrics, and reporting outputs to clients.
• Document processes, formulas, and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementations.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, logical formulas, and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.


Nice to Have
• Accounting or Finance background.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of databases and data structures.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with sales commissions, incentive compensation, or SaaS implementations.
