Specialized Virtual Assistant for Etsy & Shopify Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and specialized Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Etsy SEO, listing, shop management, and organization. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Shopify, capable of managing and optimizing both Etsy and Shopify stores efficiently. While strong graphic design skills are a plus, the core focus of the role will be on running and managing the online stores, SEO for Product listings ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Etsy and Shopify stores.
Implement effective SEO strategies for Etsy to enhance visibility and sales.
Oversee product listings, including description and image optimization.
Coordinate shop inventory and ensure it is well-organized.
Monitor store performance and generate reports.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage occasional graphic design tasks to support marketing and branding efforts.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement strategies for growth.

Skills Required:

Expert knowledge of Etsy store management and SEO.
Proficiency in managing Shopify stores.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills are a significant advantage.
Experience in online retail and e-commerce is preferred.

Experience Level: Looking for an expert-level candidate with proven experience in managing Etsy and Shopify stores. However, we are looking for integrity and willingness to learn and grow. This BEATS experience or expertise in some cases!

Working Hours:
This is a long-term, full-time position. Specific working hours can be negotiated, but the ability to work within a time frame that overlaps with PST is preferred. This is flexible.

Salary Range:
Competitive; commensurate with experience and skills. This position has a potential high pay for the right candidate who demonstrates trustworthiness and adds significant value to the team.
