Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to motivated sellers and qualify leads.
Utilize CallTools software and text blasting platforms to maximize efficiency.
Negotiate and put properties under contract.
Maintain and update CRM records with lead information.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into contracts.
Work collaboratively with the acquisitions team to close deals.
Requirements:
Experience in cold calling for real estate wholesaling.
Proficiency in CallTools software and text blasting platforms.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in putting properties under contract.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (speed test required).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
