Core Responsibilities
- Fluent in the Spanish Language
- Answer phone calls from families about summer camp
- Help parents register their children for camp programs
- Use our computer system (Salesforce) to enter registration information
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm, friendly attitude

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills with minimal accent
- Previous call center or customer service experience of at least 2 years (Spanish Speaking)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Available during US business hours
- Based in the Philippines
- Experience working with US customers

Bonus Points
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Spanish Speaking Certification
- Background in education or working with children's programs
- Experience with summer camp or after-school programs
- History of promotions in previous customer service roles
