Sourcing Specialist (Peptides & Injectable Pens)

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to help us find and establish a supply chain for specific medical-grade products. This is not a general sourcing job – you must be able to navigate technical specifications and verify supplier quality.

The Task:
You will be responsible for finding reliable manufacturers or suppliers who can provide:

3ml Refills/Cartridges (specifically for peptides).

Compatible Injection Pens (pre-filled or ready for assembly).

Key Responsibilities:
Identify manufacturers capable of producing high-quality peptide delivery systems.

Verify supplier credibility, lab reports (COAs), and manufacturing standards.

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.

Communicate clearly and provide regular updates on your progress.

Requirements (Read carefully):
Proven experience in sourcing. Experience in medical supplies, beauty tech, or chemicals is a huge advantage.

Deep understanding of Alibaba, Made-in-China, and direct factory outreach.

Excellent English (both written and spoken).

Ability to think critically – we don’t just need a list of links; we need vetted partners.
