Sourcing & Manufacturing Coordinator

The Role We're looking for a Sourcing & Manufacturing Coordinator to manage our supply chain from factory to door — communicating with suppliers in China, coordinating samples, placing POs, overseeing QC, and managing freight.

What You'll Do

Communicate daily with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.
Coordinate sample development, review, and approval.
Create and manage purchase orders and production timelines.
Oversee quality control standards and resolve issues with factories.
Coordinate freight, shipping, and import logistics.
Track inventory needs and keep production aligned with demand.

Requirements

Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, or supply-chain coordination, ideally with China suppliers.
Strong communication skills and comfort managing overseas relationships and time zones.
Familiarity with POs, QC processes, and freight/logistics.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experience with consumer products or apparel/textiles a plus
