JOB OVERVIEW

NOW HIRING: SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER / SOLAR DESIGNER

Remote (Philippines)
Full-Time | Los Angeles Hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST)

US Power Solar is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish.

If you have experience managing solar projects through permitting, interconnection, installation, and PTO, we want to talk to you.

This is a highly collaborative role and requires constant communication with our U.S.-based team.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Must work Los Angeles business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST)
Must be ON CAMERA throughout the workday while collaborating with the team via Zoom
Must have a quiet, private workspace with no background noise or interruptions
Must have a reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet connection
Must have previous solar operations/project management experience

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Managing solar projects from sale through PTO
• Coordinating permitting approvals with AHJs and local jurisdictions
• Managing utility interconnections (SCE, LADWP, PG&E, etc.)
• Reviewing load calculations and system sizing
• Reviewing and coordinating solar designs using Aurora, Solargraf, or similar software
• Working closely with installers, sales representatives, utilities, and homeowners
• Tracking project timelines and proactively resolving issues

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Solar permitting
Utility interconnections
Load calculations
Solar project coordination/management
Aurora, Solargraf, or equivalent solar design software
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

BONUS POINTS FOR:

California solar market experience
Salesforce or CRM experience
Experience working for a U.S.-based solar company
