JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Solar Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, both inbound and outbound, to set appointments for our solar closers. Your primary goal is to generate interest and qualify leads for our solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound and Inbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality appointments for our solar closers.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for solar closers to present and finalize deals with potential customers.


Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Self-motivated: Demonstrated ability to stay motivated and driven, even in the face of consistent rejection.

Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is beneficial but not required. We value a willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.

Eagerness to Learn: Open to learning about solar energy and sales techniques.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
