Requirements:
-Ability to keep up with a fast moving team that's constantly building new products and features.
-Customer success experience.
-Someone really technical minded who can dive in and learn a product inside + out!
-Ability to record Loom videos demonstrating product issues / usability problems, along with presenting solutions.
-SaaS or SEO background a huge plus!
-Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in.
-Fluent in written + verbal English.
Responsibilities:
-Attending daily SCRUMS.
-Testing specific product categories within the dashboard and reporting on usability issues, bugs, workflow problems, and more.
-Communicating with clients on live chat/our virtual office to help solve problems and answer questions.
-Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
-Leading product demos + customer onboarding calls with clients.
-Discuss product issues with the team.
-Adapting to the role as needed.
