We are currently seeking a talented AI Voice Agent Developer to join our team and contribute to building an AI-powered voice agent product.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to design, build, and optimize voice-based AI systems for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in natural language processing (NLP), voice recognition technologies, and AI-driven conversational agents. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop scalable and secure voice solutions that enhance patient care and streamline communication within healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI-powered voice agents for real-time interactions in healthcare environments.

Implement and optimize speech recognition and natural language understanding (NLU) models.

Integrate voice agents with existing healthcare platforms and EHR systems.

Develop APIs and tools for seamless voice agent deployment.

Enhance voice agent capabilities with continuous model improvement and fine-tuning.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ensure user-friendly and compliant designs.

Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and technical challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.

Proven experience developing voice-based AI applications or virtual assistants.

Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks.

Experience with speech recognition engines (e.g., Google Speech-to-Text, Whisper, Kaldi).

Expertise in NLP technologies and libraries (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).

Familiarity with cloud services for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations in healthcare.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with conversational design tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex).

Familiarity with EHR integration and HL7/FHIR standards.

Experience working in the healthcare industry.
