About Your Role:
As an Account Growth Representative, you will play a vital role in our agency's operations, ensuring that extra marketing services are provided for our clients’ accounts. You will be responsible for performing various administrative and reporting duties, and following simple step-by-step processes on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, etc, to facilitate the growth of our clients online social media accounts.

Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively will be critical to your success in this role.

Your Responsibilities:
Social Media/Platform Expertise: Must have an understanding of the above mentioned social platforms, specifically navigating, editing, posting, scheduling, planning, researching (trending content, hashtags, tunes/music), and fundamentals of design that are native to each platform

1. Basic Graphic Design: (Canva preferred) Must have basic layout and design skills taking content sourced for you and drafting content and Upgrade to see actual infos to post on accounts. Working from templates and design themes, you don’t need extensive experience but occasional content creation is required.

2. Creative Copy Creation: Must have experience writing captions in both short and long form with the aid of AI Tools to assist with speed, accuracy, and correct use of sentence structure/grammar.

3. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients’ online metrics, information and onboarding documentation using spreadsheets and other tools.

4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing professional assistance via email and other communication channels.

5. Task Management: Check in daily to review and prioritise tasks, ensuring that all necessary work is completed promptly and efficiently.

6. Flexible Working Hours: This role involves split shifts and is not a standard 9-to-5 position. You will need to be available during designated hours to accommodate the needs of our clients followers and business hours in different time zones.

7. Spreadsheet Management: Proficiently manage spreadsheets to organise and track onboarding progress, client details and other relevant information.

8. Industry Familiarity: Comfortably navigate and work in the online content and marketing industry, adhering to the confidentiality and professionalism required in this unique field.

*Note 1: You will be required to use Slack as the principle communication device for this role, as this is where the company communicates internally, and with its clients.

*Note 2: You will be provided with a comprehensive video training teaching you how to perform your role, along with initial instruction from a manager whilst you learn and understand your duties.

Prior Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent written proficiency in English, and the ability to understand spoken English, to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, prioritise assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Scheduling, Posting, Designing, and Researching Trends across the most commonly used Social Platforms. Must have proven experience with creating engaging posts and A/B Testing to determine the best performing content types.

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably involving customer support or online communications. As well as dealing with directives from management when needed.
