Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and AI tools. As a Social Media and Research Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, conducting research, and utilizing AI tools to enhance our online presence. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
2. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
3. Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant discussions to capitalize on opportunities for engagement.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
5. Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to automate and enhance social media interactions, customer support, and content creation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
2. Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, particularly ChatGPT or similar conversational AI platforms.
