Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Growth

Develop, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow community engagement
Run targeted outreach campaigns to attract potential clients and cleaning service partners
Analyze social media insights to optimize content strategy
Lead Generation & Partnerships

Research and contact potential cleaning service partners for collaborations
Conduct outreach to property managers, realtors, and businesses in need of cleaning services
Identify and pitch potential partnership opportunities to grow the business
SEO & Website Optimization

Optimize the company’s website and content for search engines to improve rankings
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Content Creation & Blogging

Write engaging blog posts related to home cleaning, maintenance, and industry trends
Repurpose blog content into social media posts and email newsletters
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and business goals
Administrative & Growth Support

Assist with email outreach and follow-ups
Track and report marketing and lead generation performance
Propose new strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and SEO
Strong communication and writing skills in English
Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus
Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
