What You’ll Do:
1. Content Editing & Optimization – Polish and refine high-quality content for maximum impact.
2. Social Media Management – Handle posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, and more.
3. Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of the game with insights on emerging trends.
4. Audience Engagement – Interact with followers and create a strong online presence.
5. Performance-Based Incentives – Earn bonuses for viral content, follower growth, and engagement improvements!

Hours are subject to change, we're scaling at the Upgrade to see actual infont and this may very well wind up being a full time position. We're looking to bring someone on to grow with us.

Compensation: Competitive base pay + uncapped performance-based bonuses! We will take care of high performers who stick out. $6/hr is base pay as of now.
