Social Media Team Lead

We’re Executive Consulting LLC, and we’re looking for a Social Media Team Lead to help us turn great content into real business growth.

We’ve already got:
A CEO who creates a ton of valuable content
A full-time video editor
A graphic designer
High-performing digital products and social campaigns
Now we need someone who can take all of that… and keep the whole content engine running smooth.

You’ll be the point person who makes sure content is on track, gets published, looks great, and performs well. If you’ve ever wanted to run the social operations of a real brand—this is that role.

Managing the content calendar and schedule (we use SocialBee)
Keeping track of weekly deliverables (reels, carousels, posts, stories)
Reviewing content before it goes out (graphics, captions, timing, etc.)
Coordinating with our editor + designer to stay on-brand and on time
Making sure we stay consistent, sharp, and high-quality
Helping track what’s working so we can keep improving
You won’t be making the content yourself (though that’s a plus if you can) — your job is to run the plays, keep everything organized, and move content from idea to execution.

You’re a Fit If You…
Have experience managing social media content or teams
Understand IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and how content performs
Can give smart feedback on captions, visuals, and hooks
Like organizing things and keeping people on track
Can write/edit a social post when needed
Have used tools like SocialBee, Hootsuite, Mellocool, Trello, or GHL (or are a fast learner)
Enjoy working independently and keeping a team in sync

You prefer only doing creative work (this is more operations + management)
