Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and generate leads.
Create captivating content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Manage property listings on our website and third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness.
Assist in preparing property-related documents, such as contracts and agreements.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling viewings, answering client inquiries, and database management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and/or administrative roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
Knowledge of the UK property market is a plus.
