Virtual Assistant - $130/Week + Performance Bonuses (Contractor Role, 25 Hours/Week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a contractor. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specific instructions. The position is 25 hours per week, with clear expectations for daily and hourly performance. If you cannot consistently send at least 20 messages per hour, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dedicate 5 hours per day, 5 days per week to completing messaging tasks, totaling 25 hours per week.
- Send at least 150 targeted messages daily (750 per week) using provided scripts and audience guidelines.
- Follow specific directions to engage with individuals identified by the team; indiscriminate messaging will not be accepted.
- Maintain a pace of 20 messages per hour, ensuring accurate and thoughtful outreach.
- Submit daily progress reports, including the number of messages sent and engagement outcomes.
- Adjust messaging strategies based on team feedback promptly and accurately.

Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and access to messaging platforms (e.g., Instagram).
- Strong ability to follow directions and adapt to feedback.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet daily and weekly quotas.
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
- Previous experience in virtual assistance or messaging roles is a plus but not required.

Compensation
- Base Pay: $150 per week for completing the agreed-upon quota (750 messages per week, 25 hours).
- Performance Bonuses:
- Earn up to $20–$50 in additional weekly bonuses for exceeding daily quotas (e.g., 200+ messages per day or 1,000+ messages per week).
- Receive a $50 monthly consistency bonus for hitting weekly quotas every week in the month.
- Pro-Rated Pay Policy:
- If fewer than 750 messages are sent in a week or if instructions are not followed, pay will be adjusted proportionally based on actual performance.

Job Type:
- Contractor Role: This is a gig/contractor position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
- Compensation is based on meeting performance expectations.
