About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines who can manage our social media presence while also supporting daily business operations. We are looking for someone who can create high-quality, engaging content, understand current social media trends, and utilize industry-standard content creation tools.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both marketing and administrative responsibilities.
Social Media Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging, high-quality content for
Develop content calendars and schedule posts across all company social media accounts.
Write compelling captions and social media copy that aligns with our brand voice.
Edit videos, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms.
Design graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Stay current on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms while optimizing for each audience.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
Required Content Creation Skills
Experience creating short-form video content and reels.
Proficiency with content creation and editing tools, including:
Canva
CapCut
Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
Meta Business Suite
Social media scheduling platforms
Ability to independently develop content ideas and execute them from concept to publication.
Operations & Administrative Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
Maintain accurate financial records.
Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Record expenses, invoices, and payments.
Assist with account reconciliation and reporting.
Client Communication
Monitor and respond to client
Follow up with leads, customers, and vendors as directed.
Maintain organized communication records.
Calendar & Appointment Management
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage company calendars and coordinate availability.
Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized digital files and records.
Assist with data entry and CRM updates.
Support day-to-day operational tasks as assigned.
Help improve internal systems and processes.
Qualifications
Required
Must be based in the Philippines and able to work 8-6pm EST USA
Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
