As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance our online presence.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media platforms and Google presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and aesthetics clinic industry, a proven track record in social media marketing, and experience creating successful ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to client inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) to promote services, special offers, and events.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business profile and Google Ads campaigns to improve local search visibility and attract new clients.
- Analyze and report on social media and Google Ads performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Experience in creating and managing ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in managing Google My Business and Google Ads campaigns.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Later.com, Canva, VN Editor, Capcut, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beauty and aesthetics clinic industry is a significant advantage.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media and ad campaigns.
