Position Summary: Social Media Manager
Biznomad is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager with a proven track record in lead generation automation (ManyChat), funnel-building expertise (GoHighLevel), and comprehensive digital marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll orchestrate end-to-end marketing funnels, cultivate engaging social media content, and optimize lead gen automations to drive measurable growth for our clients. If you thrive on creativity, innovation, and delivering impactful campaigns, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Automation

Develop and implement chat automation strategies (ManyChat) to capture and nurture leads.
Continuously refine automations for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Funnel Creation & Management

Design, build, and optimize GoHighLevel funnels from start to finish.
Integrate funnel components (landing pages, email sequences, upsells, etc.) into cohesive client journeys.
Social Media Strategy & Execution

Craft and execute compelling social media marketing plans across various platforms.
Stay current with trends, algorithms, and user behaviors to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Creative Content Development

Produce eye-catching graphics, promotional materials, and other creative assets aligned with brand identities.
Ensure consistent messaging and design elements across all client touchpoints.
Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Report regularly on key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Communicate insights, propose innovative solutions, and drive projects forward on schedule.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management, lead generation automation (ManyChat), and funnel building (GoHighLevel).
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Data-driven approach to problem-solving, with familiarity in analytics tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
