Social Media Manager/Content Creator/ Short Video editor/Canva

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our social media and content creation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the founder to strategize, create, and schedule content that aligns with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

Edit short-form videos using CapCut and other editing tools.

Create engaging and visually appealing Reels, stories, and carousel posts.

Ensure content aligns with Qurl Quest’s brand aesthetics and messaging.

Social Media Management:

Strategize weekly content themes and campaigns with the founder.

Plan and schedule posts using a social media scheduling app (e.g., Later, Planoly, Metricool, or similar).

Optimize post captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies for maximum reach.

Content Strategy & Growth:

Research industry trends and social media

Brainstorm content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data.

Campaign & Project Support:

Assist in executing marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.

Collaborate on ambassador and influencer outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within the beauty

Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends.

Experience using social media scheduling tools.

Ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into compelling content.

- Fluent in English (Must be able to read and write fluent English)

Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without constant supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, or similar tools).
