Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant

Job Title: Creative & Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant

Hours: 6-12 Hours/week

Are you the kind of person who loves getting things done, thinking outside the box, and keeping things fun while staying super organized? I’m looking for an amazing Virtual Assistant to help support me in both life and business—with tasks ranging from selling items online to managing social media and bringing creative ideas to life.

Job Description:
This part-time position is perfect for someone who’s a go-getter, has a naturally upbeat and bubbly vibe, and is fluent in English (both written and spoken). You’ll be my right hand—helping with a variety of tasks and making sure things run smoothly and beautifully.

Responsibilities:
-Listing and managing items for sale online (ex. Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, etc.)
-Social media content planning, light copywriting, scheduling, and engagement
-Creating fun and eye-catching graphics or content (Canva and AI Apps!)
-Inbox organization and light email management
-Internet research & idea sourcing
-Random personal admin tasks (like booking appointments or making to-do lists)
-Giving input, being creative, and keeping things FUN!

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
-Amazing English writing skills
-Are self-motivated and can manage your time well
-Experience with selling platforms like Facebook marketplace, Poshmark, etc
-Can Work between hours of 8am-6pm PST and some hours on the weekend (flexible)
-Using systems such as Excel, Calendly, Typeform & Google Documents
-Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info
-Ability to work independently and take initiative

How to Apply:

Make a sample posting as if you were trying to re-sell a beautiful slab of Calacatta Plata Quartz that is 6x6 feet.
Your goal is to find a unique way to sell this item and direct it to the type of person who would want to purchase this (hint: most likely a designer or someone remodeling their kitchen!). You may use any tools you'd like, photos, etc that help you be creative with selling this item!
*Add the posting you make to a google document and attach it to the email in STEP 3 please!

STEP 2:
Answer the following questions:
-On a scale of 1-10, how good are your English writing skills?
-Can you work between 8am-6pm PST?
-Can you work 2-4 hours on the weekends?
-Do you have creative sample work, if so please attach in the email
