Are you a Social Media Manager with expertise in video creation and editing, client outreach, and a strong understanding of how to incorporate AI tools into social media management to improve performance and productivity? You will be responsible for managing and growing social media accounts, creating engaging video content, fostering client relationships, and utilizing AI-driven tools for content creation, analytics, and audience targeting. The ability to work autonomously while proactively staying ahead of trends and optimizing campaigns with AI is essential.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager with expertise in video creation and editing, as well as experience in client outreach. In this role, you will manage and grow the social media presence for multiple brands, create dynamic video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and campaign success. We need someone who can take ownership of their tasks, stay ahead of trends, and drive engagement—all while working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow brand presence and engagement.

Video Content Creation & Editing: Produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media channels. This includes video shooting, editing, and post-production.

Client Outreach & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and proactive outreach to align on goals and expectations.

Proactive Content Creation: Plan and create content calendars, posts, and videos that are creative, aligned with the brand, and tailored to target audiences.

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement rates, growth, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations for improving results.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Staying Ahead of Trends: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video editing techniques, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and engaging.

Autonomy & Productivity: Be highly proactive, managing your time effectively, and working independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Essential Requirements:

Proactive & Independent: Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently, without the need for close supervision, while consistently meeting deadlines and targets.

Video Creation & Editing Skills: Proficiency in video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.), with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Client Outreach & Communication: Experience managing client relationships, proactively reaching out to clients for updates, reports, and feedback.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and audiences.

Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.

Creative & Analytical: A blend of creativity for content creation and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions on strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with paid social media campaigns and understanding of advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

Familiarity with SEO and optimization techniques for social media.

Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating visual content alongside videos.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Knowledge of brand guidelines and how to adapt content to fit different client voices.
