Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager/Content Creator to take the lead in developing and executing an effective digital marketing strategy. This role requires a professional who can bring strategic insight, creative flair, and technical expertise to enhance the company's social media presence, drive engagement, and generate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be able to capture the brand's essence, tone, and positioning while uplifting its social media presence through compelling content.

Job Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals. Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to various platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Establish and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Plan and coordinate content themes, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Brand Voice & Positioning: Capture and enhance the company’s unique brand identity, tone, and aesthetic. Ensure all content reflects the company’s values and engages its target audience effectively.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages across social platforms. Foster an engaged online community through interactive content and timely responses.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyse engagement data, and generate performance reports. Provide strategic recommendations based on insights to improve content effectiveness and audience growth.
- Email Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing initiatives by crafting engaging newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows to enhance customer retention and brand awareness.
- Trello Board Management: Utilise Trello to organise tasks, track project progress, and streamline workflow management. Ensure all content creation and social media activities are well-structured and efficiently executed.

Tools and Software Proficiency:
- Canva (for graphic design and social media visuals)
- Adobe Creative Suite (for professional-quality content creation)
- Trello (for project and content planning)
- Social Media Management Tools
- Email Marketing Platforms (such as Mailchimp)

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably within a retail, floral, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of Australian businesses and marketing landscapes, with experience working with brands that require a personalised and artistic touch.
- Proven ability to create compelling content that aligns with a brand’s identity and resonates with its audience.
