Social Media Manager – Content Creation, Video Editing & Strategy

Boat Trips Club is a leading booking platform for boat tours in Punta Cana. We specialize in providing unique and unforgettable experiences by connecting travelers with the best boat charters. We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with expertise in graphic design, video editing, and social media strategy to take our brand to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
Create high-quality graphics and videos for engaging social media content and paid ads.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to maximize engagement.
Develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and attracts more bookings.
Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across all platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and increase brand engagement.
Optimize and run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Track social media analytics and adjust strategy to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date with trends, viral content, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and ad strategy.
Strong design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
Proven experience in growing and managing social media accounts with a strong portfolio.
Knowledge of Facebook & TikTok ad campaigns (setup, optimization, and tracking).
Strong storytelling skills to create engaging and shareable content.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy for better performance.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Work Schedule & Salary:
Full-time position (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
Work is tracked via a login/logout system.
Fixed monthly salary (to be discussed).
