Social Media Manager

We are Paprcuts (Upgrade to see actual info), a Berlin-based brand known for ultra-light, durable, and stylish accessories. We’re gearing up for a major Instagram relaunch, and we need a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager to take our brand presence to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop & execute a fresh Instagram strategy – aligned with our brand values and aesthetic goals.
- Content planning & curation – selecting and creating engaging, visually cohesive posts.
- Writing captions that resonate – witty, smart, and on-brand. (AI will help for translations to German)
- Community management – interacting with our audience & building engagement.
- Trend research – keeping an eye on Instagram trends & bringing fresh ideas.
- Collaborating with designers & photographers to produce high-quality content.
- Influencer marketing & brand collabs – finding and managing partnerships with influencers & like-minded brands, negotiating collaborations, deals, and giveaways to expand our reach.

Who You Are:

- Experienced in social media marketing, content creation & Instagram growth.
- Fluent in design & aesthetic trends – able to curate stunning grids.
- Savvy with Instagram algorithms & engagement tactics.
- Creative & strategic – able to balance visuals, storytelling, and analytics.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
- A great writer – crafting captions that feel natural, engaging, and fun.
- Well-connected – you know how to find and approach the right influencers & brands for collaborations.
