Social House Real Estate Group is a fast-growing real estate brokerage dedicated to delivering high-quality service to home buyers, sellers, and investors. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
2. Oversee and optimize Ads Manager and boosted posts for maximum reach and conversions
3. Develop and execute SEO-optimized blog content using AI writing tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, or SurferSEO)
4. Implement and refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and lead generation
5. Utilize AI automation tools like ManyChat or ChatFuel for lead nurturing and engagement
6. Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve content strategies
7. Manage multiple accounts while maintaining brand consistency and engagement
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and SEO

Qualifications

? 3-5+ years of experience in social media management
? Proven long-term employment history (1+ year at previous employers)
? Extensive SEO experience, including keyword research, content optimization, and ranking strategies
? Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across social platforms
? Ability to write high-quality blogs using AI-powered software
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without constant reminders
? Must use Time Doctor for time tracking
