Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies that will enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement. This role includes content creation, scheduling posts, managing campaigns, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure the success of our clients’ social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Content Calendar:
Develop and manage a social media strategy starting with Facebook. Opportunities to expand to other platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) later.
Create and maintain a rolling 30-day and 60-day content calendar.
Submit content calendars for review and approval before posting.

Graphics:
Design accompanying graphics for posts, primarily using Canva, ensuring consistency with branding.

Videos:
Develop storyboards for video content as needed and assist with video editing when applicable.

Schedule Posts:
Ensure all approved content is posted consistently and on time across platforms.

Trends:
Keep track of industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to inform content and engagement strategies.

Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics, optimizing campaigns for better results.
Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in managing social media or a related role.
Experience in non-profit social media is a plus.
