Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our clients' social media strategies. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing content strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Create comprehensive plans that align with our clients' marketing goals.
- Content creation: Design, write, and produce high-quality content, including images, videos, and written posts, tailored for various social media platforms.
- Community management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Strong content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
