We recently hired a skilled video editor to streamline our video production process, and now we’re looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to complete our growing team.

Our content reaches over 98,000 followers across platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, and YouTube. This is your chance to manage social media for a fast-growing brand with a substantial and highly engaged audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating, scheduling, and publishing 20–Upgrade to see actual info posts per week across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok (a mix of tweets, graphics, and repurposed video content).
Editing short-form video content from long-form YouTube videos using OpusClip.
Writing compelling captions, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize engagement using provided templates.
Managing and growing social media accounts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and monitoring trends.
Staying on top of social media trends and algorithm updates to ensure content performs optimally.
Collaborating with the team to brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns and content strategies.
Maintaining brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
Analyzing performance metrics and presenting recommendations for growth strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, required.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later), required.
Basic video editing skills for short-form content using tools like OpusClip, preferred.
A portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, posts, or growth results, required.
General understanding of branding, copywriting, and content marketing, required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and strategies, required.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, required.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools, preferred.

APPLICATION & RECRUITMENT PROCESS
STEP 1:
Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a short PAID test project for $15, paid through Wise money transfer service.

STEP 2:
Candidates who advance through the test project round will be invited to an interview.

STEP 3:
Before extending a trial offer, we will conduct a character reference check for the final candidate(s). This will be the last step in the hiring process.

STEP 4:
Upon receiving a trial offer, you will be onboarded as a Social Media Manager with a 90-day PAID trial period. During this period, we expect you to demonstrate your social media expertise, grow engagement, collaborate effectively, and manage campaigns successfully. A successful trial will lead to a permanent invitation to join the team and potentially transition to a full-time role.
