JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media Engagement & Warm Outreach Specialist to help expand our organic reach, build authority on Facebook and LinkedIn, and generate qualified leads for our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:
Engage with new prospects on social media through meaningful conversations.
Conduct warm outreach and pass prospect information into GoHighLevel (GHL) as a new opportunity.
Lightly qualify leads based on their potential interest and fit.
Understand and engage in relevant online communities while adhering to group rules and best practices.
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and avoid disputes or negativity when engaging in discussions.
Offer encouragement, support, and value to business owners.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (without the assistance of AI).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond frequently and thoughtfully.
Understanding of our target audience and the ability to make wise decisions about engagement.
Basic knowledge of SEO, web design, email marketing, and PPC to engage in relevant discussions.
Ability to reflect Christian values, treating others with respect, kindness, and fairness.
Experience engaging on Facebook and LinkedIn to build organic reach and authority.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in social media engagement, lead generation, or community management.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead tracking.
Experience using Sendible (not required for this role, but a plus).
Goals & Expectations:
Increase organic visibility and credibility on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Encourage our ideal prospects to approach us for digital marketing services.
Contribute to achieving 2-3 qualified leads per day and 3-5 closed sales per month.
