With your passion for digital engagement and a keen eye for emerging trends, you'll excel in optimizing our social media channels to generate high-quality leads and foster meaningful connections with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies to achieve specific business objectives, such as increasing brand
awareness, driving website traffic, or generating qualified leads.

• Create compelling content across social media platforms, including engaging posts, attention-grabbing visuals, and
interactive multimedia content.

• Utilize advanced targeting tools and audience insights to identify and reach key demographics, ensuring marketing
efforts are directed toward those most likely to convert into leads.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize targeting strategies, ad creative, and overall
campaign performance.

• Foster meaningful interactions with followers and prospects through active community engagement, responding to
inquiries, addressing concerns, and nurturing relationships to facilitate lead generation and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Basic CRM experience
• Social media savvy with a deep understanding of major platforms and trends

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing social media lead-generation campaigns across diverse industries

• The ability to conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine targeting strategies and optimize campaign
performance

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align
social media initiatives with broader business objectives
