Position Summary:
The Offshore Social Media Assistant will provide vital support to the marketing team, helping to create, schedule, and monitor content across Proud Poppy’s social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, social media, and storytelling, with strong organizational skills and a knack for staying on top of trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Support:
Assist in the creation of on-brand social media content, including captions, graphics, and basic video edits.
Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Social Media Coordination:
Schedule posts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads, using scheduling tools.
With experience in Gorgias - Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and escalate important interactions to the marketing team as needed.

Community Engagement:
Help foster an active and engaged online community by responding to followers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and engage with relevant users, influencers, and potential collaborators.

Analytics Support:
Assist in tracking key social media metrics and compiling regular performance reports.
Share observations about trends and engagement patterns to help improve strategies.
Trend Monitoring:

Research social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to provide insights for new ideas and campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience:
Your english skills are on point! You understand tone and friendly style conversation methods that will enable you to communicate authentically with our community.
Experience using Gorgias
Shopify experience
1+ years of experience in a social media role or a related field, preferably in fashion or eCommerce.
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva or similar.
Comfortable using social media scheduling platforms

Personal Attributes:
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Passion for fashion and an understanding of Proud Poppy’s audience.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
