JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a wide scope of work from an assistant for a social media agency that targets realtors specifically. I'm looking for someone that has some experience with social media but I want to be clear that this job is not an actual content creation for the most part job (although there will be some- cover photos, digital products and worksheets), but I'm more so looking for someone to engage with others on Instagram for a few of the accounts I manage as a means of growing them. I will give specific prompts and detailed instructions on how to target these engagement opportunities so you have clear direction weekly on the tasks expected to help grow these accounts.

Also looking for some help developing systems and organization on the back end of the social media agency including top performing content research/spreadsheets. Also setting up accounts to match IG across all other platforms. Automated emails generated through CRM for active clients from on-boading and to prospective clients including newsletters, drip campaigns revolving around social media. Also, I am in the process of creating a digital product that I will sell. Experience with youtube, pinterest & linked in is a big plus. Creating worksheets in Canva is also a huge advantage, any experience creating digital products or selling them online is preferred. Experience with stan store and landing pages is ideal.

I'm open minded on new systems and ideas for systems to streamline our processes and communication efficiently. Applicants will need to be well organized, respond in a timely matter to email (at least) and take direction well.
