We are seeking a Smartsheet Specialist to streamline and enhance our project management, reporting, and automation processes. We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong technical background who can optimize workflows and ensure our teams can efficiently utilize Smartsheet for business operations.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Smartsheet solutions to track projects, automate workflows, and improve reporting.
Set up automations, formulas, and API integrations to optimize efficiency across departments.
Identify bottlenecks and implement Smartsheet solutions to enhance productivity.
Ensure data accuracy, create dashboards, and generate meaningful reports for decision-making.
Provide ongoing support and training to tea
Qualifications:
Minimum of four to five years of experience working with Smartsheet, including formulas, automation, reporting, and integration with third-party applications.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, task management, and team collaboration.
Experience with Smartsheet API, Zapier, or other automation tools is a plus.
Ability to assess business needs and translate them into efficient Smartsheet solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support users of various skill levels.
Preferred Experience:
Smartsheet Certified Professional
Experience in operations, project management, or business process automation
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and CRM integrations
