TM Telecom LLC is a leader in utility construction, committed to delivering excellence and innovation in our projects. We are seeking a highly proficient SmartSheet Specialist to join our team and help us optimize how we track and manage jobs remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dynamic SmartSheet dashboards for real-time project tracking and reporting.
Design and implement efficient workflows and templates for job tracking.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to customize SmartSheet solutions tailored to our needs.
Develop data visualization tools to display project metrics, timelines, and performance indicators.
Troubleshoot and optimize SmartSheet systems to improve efficiency and usability.
Train team members on SmartSheet best practices and usage.
Qualifications:

Proven expertise in SmartSheet, including dashboard creation, templates, and automation.
Strong skills in data visualization and creating user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with project management and job tracking workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with utility construction or related industries is a plus.
