Job Description:
I am hiring a Brand Strategist to lead the direction of our skincare brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts. This role will oversee brand messaging, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and refine the brand’s voice, identity, and messaging
? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimise brand positioning
? Collaborate with the Content Creation Team to ensure cohesive branding
? Guide the Email Marketing Strategy to align with brand campaigns
? Analyse customer feedback and implement brand improvements
? Lead weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to align marketing, content, and customer service teams
? Present monthly brand strategy reports and slide decks

Requirements:
???? Strong background in brand development, marketing, or digital strategy
???? Experience working with e-commerce brands, preferably in skincare/beauty
???? Understanding of consumer behaviour and social media trends
???? Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
