JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Video Editor who knows how to create high-engaging TikTok videos. TikTok and Facebook ads don't look like ads, they look, feel, and sound like TikToks, and that's what you as an editor should know.

They should engage the customer within the first 3 seconds of the video and have a good understanding of Direct Response Marketing.

MUST HAVES

- Experience editing UGC ads with a portfolio to show that

- Experience editing TikTok ads for jewellery or other niches

- Excellent written and oral English

- Minimum 2 years of social media ads editing experience

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- Work alongside the founders and contribute in the creative making process for data-backed creatives

- You'll take raw video creatives and turn them into high-performance video ads native to TikTok and Facebook/Instagram

- Create a mix of original work and equally awesome adaptations from existing video ads

- Be able to stay on top of "editing trends" (mainly TikTok)

- Bring fresh ideas to the table and have a good sense of what makes a good vs bad creative

- A knack for storytelling and can "bring it all together"
