Short-Form Video Editor - Meta Ads & TikTok

We are two growing Polish e-commerce brands — Softelle (anti-chafing shorts for women, softelle.pl) and Rituera (shower steamers, rituera.pl) — running paid advertising on Meta and TikTok.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented short-form video editor for long-term collaboration. This is not a one-off project — we need someone who can become a consistent part of our content production workflow.

What you'll be doing:


Editing short-form vertical videos (9:16, 15–30 seconds) for Meta Ads and TikTok
Working from raw footage we provide
Placing Polish subtitle scripts on-screen exactly as written (word for word) — including all Polish characters (?, ?, ó, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)
Keeping edits dynamic: fast cuts, clip changes synced with subtitles, engaging pacing
Matching the native TikTok/Reels aesthetic — organic feel, not a TV commercial
Delivering multiple videos per day at consistent quality


What we provide:


Raw source footage for every project
Word-for-word Polish subtitle scripts (you place them, you do not write or translate)
Reference creatives to match style and energy
Clear, specific briefs for every batch
Regular feedback to help you improve and grow


What we're looking for:


Proven experience editing short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Strong with CapCut (preferred) or Premiere Pro / After Effects
Detail-oriented — Polish characters in subtitles must be 100% correct every time
Fast, reliable, communicates proactively
Available for full-time work (8 hours/day) — part-time considered for the right candidate
Experience editing for e-commerce, product brands, or UGC content is a strong plus
