Short Form Video Editor: Entertainment Clips

We run a social media growth agency for entertainers. We take long-form footage like live sets, podcasts, recordings and turn them into short viral clips posted across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
We're hiring an experienced editor who can hit the ground running. We don't want to train someone from scratch, we want someone who already knows what works on short-form and brings their own editing style to the table.

What you'll do
- Edit long-form footage into punchy short clips
- Add captions, format for vertical (9:16), export ready to post
- Upload and organize finished clips in Google Drive and Airtable
- Daily check-ins via Slack

What we're looking for
- Proven experience editing short-form content
- Your own editing style that performs on social media
- Fast, you need to be comfortable doing 10–25 edits per day at scale
- Reliable, organized, and easy to communicate with
- Looking for a long-term role with a fast-growing company

Editing software
- Use whatever you're most comfortable with. We recommend CapCut but it's not required.

Pay
- $1.50 per approved clip
- Performance-based increases as we grow up to $3 per clip
- Expected earnings: $400–$1000+/month depending on volume
- Part-time to start, full-time fast for the right person
