We’re looking for a highly efficient and fast short-form video content creator to join our creative team and help bring our clients' content to life.

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for editing and producing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, and sizzle reels) for both Coach Launch and our clients.

If you’re the type of person who lives and breathes content, knows how to create scroll-stopping videos, and works quickly without sacrificing quality – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Creating fast-paced, clean, and engaging sizzle reels from long-form content

Adding subtitles, transitions, captions, and B-roll that match brand style

Delivering content on time and in line with our standards

Collaborating with our creative and account teams to ensure client success

Requirements:

Proven experience creating short-form video content

Strong understanding of trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Ability to turn around content fast without sacrificing quality

Access to video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)

Great communication skills and attention to detail

A strong portfolio of past work (REQUIRED)

High-speed internet and ability to work independently from home

Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team

Bonus if you have:

Experience working with entrepreneurs, coaches, or personal brands

Motion graphics and light animation skills

Design skills for thumbnails or social media graphics
