Shopify/Amazon /ebay Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs for both our Shopify store and Amazon/ebay listings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of e-commerce design best practices, and the ability to effectively communicate our brand identity across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and customize Shopify themes to match brand identity and enhance user experience (UI/UX Design).
2. Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for the Shopify store.
3. Optimize website navigation and user interface to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for product promotions and campaigns.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce design and user experience.
6. Create engaging and informative graphics for Amazon product listings, including main images, infographics, lifestyle images, and A+ Content
7. Ensure that all Amazon graphics comply with Amazon's image guidelines and enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
8. Collaborate with the Marketing team to gather relevant product information and key selling points for graphic creation.
9. Monitor and analyze the performance of graphics on both Shopify and Amazon platforms, making adjustments as needed to improve conversion rates.
10. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:
- Shopify Certification(s) or relevant certifications in web design or development.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch, and etc.
- Proven experience designing and customizing Shopify stores
- Experience creating A+ content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and product images for Amazon listings
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues and enhance user experience
