Shopify .liquid - Full Stack Developer

SUMMARY
We're looking for a seasoned Shopify E-commerce Developer with extensive experience in building and optimizing stores, Shopify plugins, Zipify OCU (one-click upsells), and 'sales funnels'. If you have a deep understanding of Direct Response Marketing (DRM) and seasoned at using Shopify's ecosystem with the ability to create DRM style page just using .liquid, scripting, and css, this role is perfect for you. You'll be working on both the front-end and back-end with an amazing team that you will be PROUD to be a part of.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and Optimize Shopify Stores: You'll create and fine-tune Shopify stores that not only look great but perform flawlessly. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales.
- Implement Zipify One-Click Upsells: You'll set up and optimize Zipify OCU, making sure our customers have a smooth experience when they're offered additional products during checkout. It's all about maximizing our sales potential.
- Create Effective Sales Funnels: You'll design and build sales funnels that guide our customers from their first click all the way to making a purchase. Your work will directly impact our bottom line.
- Craft Direct Response Marketing (DRM) Pages: Using your expertise in .liquid, scripting, and CSS, you'll create DRM pages that are visually appealing and highly effective at converting visitors into customers.
- Collaborate with an Awesome Team: You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring ideas to life. We're all about teamwork, and you'll be a key player in making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and Solve Problems: When issues pop up, you'll jump in to fix them quickly, keeping our stores running like a well-oiled machine.
- Stay on Top of Trends: E-commerce and Shopify is always evolving, and you'll keep up with the latest Shopify updates and available plugins to ensure our stores are always ahead of the curve.
- Developed Custom Shopify Plugins: If you have experience with this, we would love to talk to you! We will not be creating our own plugins, but it sure would be cool to have someone on the team who can : )

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in E-commerce and Shopify, with a proven track record in leading development teams.
- Professional knowledge and hands-on experience with .liquid, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Jquery. Backend experience with Shopify webhooks and API Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with developing on Shopify, especially in creating product pages using .liquid and setting up Direct Response Marketing (DRM) sales flows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to pass on our gift of Shopify experience to team members with less experienced.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and project management skills, capable of working with and leading teams members to successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

RATE
- Base rate $ 6.25 - $ 8.50+ per hour depending on experience,
communication, and dedication to the team, company, and its assets. This
is Full Time and we would expect you to keep the focus on our company
and projects 100%
** The potential for a full-time salaried position is also possible with the 13th month **
- Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00 pm-3:00 am PST (8 am-3 pm AST/EST). Hours can be flexible but availability from 10 pm - 2 am PST is required.
- Payments: Bi-monthly via Bill.com direct deposit to your bank.
- Hourly Time tracking via HubStaff w/ the potential of becoming a 'Salaried' team member after you have proven yourself to the team and company.
- Initially, the first and second payments will be made via PayPal. Once onboarding is complete, we will move to bi-monthly bank direct deposits via bill.com.
- Raises and Bonuses are given throughout the year based on performance and dedication.
