Shopify and Etsy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Shopify and Etsy Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of our Shopify and Etsy stores, ensuring a seamless operational flow between both platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, with a strong focus on product listing, optimization, and importing listings from Shopify to Etsy. Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify and Etsy Store Management: Oversee daily operations of our Shopify and Etsy stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

- Product Listing and Optimization: Create compelling and SEO-friendly product listings for both platforms. Regularly review and optimize listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.

- Importing Listings: Expertly manage the importing of product listings from Shopify to Etsy, maintaining consistency in product information and brand messaging.

- Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on inventory levels, ensuring they are accurately reflected on both platforms. Implement strategies to manage stock effectively.

- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Foster positive relationships with customers to build loyalty.

- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Apply insights to improve store performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:
