JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer service, manage fulfillment-related correspondence with suppliers, and contribute significantly to product listing tasks. Exceptional English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other platforms.

Handle customer complaints, refunds, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Provide detailed updates to management regarding customer concerns and resolutions.

Fulfillment Coordination:

Communicate with suppliers to address any fulfillment-related queries or issues.

Ensure timely updates on order status and delivery tracking.

Proactively resolve delays or discrepancies in the fulfillment process.

Product Listing Management:

Create, optimize, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Conduct regular audits to update product details, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and fulfillment coordination.

Strong background in product listing management on e-commerce platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with tools like Shopify, Trello, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
